1. 開発者が収集するデータ

開発者は、本アプリから個人を特定できる情報、マイク音声、波形・スペクトルデータ、利用履歴、位置情報、連絡先または広告識別子を収集しません。アカウント登録もありません。

2. マイク

WaveScopeは、利用者が許可したマイク入力を端末内でリアルタイム解析し、波形とスペクトルを表示します。マイク音声は開発者のサーバーへ送信されず、本アプリによる録音ファイルとして保存されません。マイク権限はiOSの「設定」から変更できます。

3. 写真ライブラリ

利用者が「スクリーンショットを保存」を選択した場合に限り、生成した画像を写真ライブラリへ追加します。本アプリは写真ライブラリ内の既存画像を収集しません。写真への追加権限はiOSの「設定」から変更できます。

4. 試用期間と端末内データ

7日間の試用期間を判定するため、App Storeが提供するアプリの初回取得日を参照します。取引情報を利用できない環境では、初回起動日を端末のKeychainへ保存します。この日付は試用期間の判定だけに使われ、開発者へ送信されません。Keychainの性質上、アプリを再インストールしても日付が端末に残る場合があります。

5. アプリ内購入

WaveScopeの買い切り購入と購入の復元は、AppleのStoreKitおよびApp Storeを通じて処理されます。開発者は、クレジットカード番号その他の支払い情報を取得しません。購入状態の確認にはAppleが提供する検証済み取引情報を使用します。

6. 第三者サービス、保持・削除

本アプリには、開発者が管理する広告、アクセス解析または追跡SDKを組み込んでいません。開発者が利用者データを収集しないため、開発者側で保持または削除する個人データはありません。端末上の権限やスクリーンショットは、iOSの設定または写真アプリから利用者が管理できます。

7. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリはアカウント登録を提供せず、開発者は年齢を問わず利用者から個人データを収集しません。保護者または教育機関の管理下で使用する場合は、端末の権限と音量を適切に管理してください。

8. 改定とお問い合わせ

機能、法令またはサービスの変更に応じて本ポリシーを改定する場合があります。重要な変更はこのページまたはアプリ内で案内します。

1. Data Collected by the Developer

The developer does not collect personally identifying information, microphone audio, waveform or spectrum data, usage history, location, contacts, or advertising identifiers from the App. The App does not require account registration.

2. Microphone

With the user’s permission, WaveScope analyzes microphone input in real time on the device and displays waveforms and spectra. Microphone audio is not sent to the developer’s servers and is not saved by the App as an audio recording. Microphone access can be changed in iOS Settings.

3. Photos

Only when the user selects “Save Screenshot” does the App add a generated image to the photo library. The App does not collect existing images from the photo library. Permission to add photos can be changed in iOS Settings.

4. Trial Period and On-Device Data

To determine the seven-day trial period, the App refers to the app’s original acquisition date provided by the App Store. Where transaction information is unavailable, the first-launch date is stored in the device Keychain. This date is used only to determine trial eligibility and is not sent to the developer. Because of the nature of Keychain storage, the date may remain on the device after the App is reinstalled.

5. In-App Purchase

The one-time WaveScope purchase and Restore Purchases are processed by Apple StoreKit and the App Store. The developer does not obtain credit-card numbers or other payment information. Purchase status is determined using verified transaction information provided by Apple.

6. Third Parties, Retention, and Deletion

The App does not include developer-controlled advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs. Because the developer does not collect user data, there is no personal data retained or deleted by the developer. Users manage device permissions in iOS Settings and saved screenshots in Photos.

7. Children’s Privacy

The App does not provide account registration, and the developer does not collect personal data from users of any age. When used under the supervision of a parent, guardian, or educational institution, device permissions and audio levels should be managed appropriately.

8. Changes and Contact

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to features, law, or services. Material changes will be announced on this page or in the App.
